Extremely dissapointing experience. We booked a hairdresser on the day of our engagement, for the groom. Called them the night before and they confirmed that there are no issues with the appointment. On the day showed up at the salon, it was open but the hairdresser was not there. Waited for like 25min but no one showed up. Did not answer any calls. So had to leave and set the hair on our own. Still no response nor apology.

Extremely unprofessional staff. I was in a hurry and asked if I could get a haircut and a cleanup. I chose Umecare because I have used it before. The haircut was basic. I had no high expectations I just wanted my hair to look neat. The cleanup was terrible and damaged my skin. The person who did it clearly has no professional skincare knowledge or experience. He aggressively rubbed a cheap, gritty scrub from an unknown local brand for a long time and called it a “cleanup.” He used a steamer, extracted only my nose, and ignored the rest of my face. There was no care or attention at all. I was charged Rs. 7,500, which is the Umecare price, but the service and products were extremely low quality. No gloves were used. They touched dusty doors and equipment and then continued touching my face. They use cheap disposable masks but have no basic hygiene standards. If they were busy, they should have professionally said they could not provide the service properly. Instead, they accepted me just for the money. This is not how a professional salon operates. Very uneducated, unhygienic, and unprofessional staff. I do not recommend this salon to anyone.

I visited this salon for a haircut and a keratin treatment, and I’m extremely happy with the results! The staff were very professional, friendly, and attentive to what I wanted. My haircut turned out just the way I imagined, and the keratin treatment left my hair smooth, shiny, and easy to manage. The salon has a relaxing atmosphere, and I really appreciated how well they explained the process and aftercare. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a unisex salon – I’ll be coming back for sure!
