I do not recommend this salon to anyone. I am very disappointed. She only cares about money, not about service. If I had read the Google reviews earlier, I would have never selected this place. When I first contacted her for my engagement, I requested a pre-hairstyle and makeup trial, and she gave me a price for that as well. But when I went there the day before, she only looked at my dress and said, “okay, see you tomorrow.” When I asked about the hairstyle, she just said, “we’ll see tomorrow, don’t worry" I told her I needed to be ready by 6:00 a.m. She said I can come at 5:00, but I asked if that was enough time. She ignored me. Finally, after I requested many times, she agreed for 4:30. On the day, she could not do the hairstyle I wanted, she had no matching ornaments, and she did not finish me on time. She also did not provide nail polish and said it was not included in the price. She forced me to pay the full amount before the event. She also asked Rs. 5000 deposit for the bouquet. After the event, when I called to return the bouquet, she said she was not in the salon. But when I went to town, I saw she was there. I gave the bouquet back, but she didn’t return the money quickly. I had to wait around 45 minutes to get my Rs. 5000 back. When I posted a review on her Facebook page, she removed all my photos and blocked my account.
