Skin Clinic Sri Lanka

Today, I went to a skincare clinic in Sri Lanka for a dermatology appointment. I had booked an appointment with Dr. Upendra De Silva. However, despite my visit, he showed no concern for what the patient needed. He was purely money-minded. He just started by asking what the problem was. When I explained that my skin issues before I complete she just started writing something on the prescription those are only overpriced unaffective creams, he didn’t pay any attention. I wasn’t even satisfied with that and very very disappointe. Even my husband was with me, and when he asked what was causing this, Dr gave no response. He didn’t even look at him—he didn’t even glance at his face. He just said, “Okay, go upstairs, do a hydra facial, and get these products from the medical section on the left.” In total, the products cost about 36,000 rupees. The hydra facial itself was about 12,000. For the first consultation I received 36,000 + 12,000 + 3400 = more than 50,000. So we can understand he just pushing everyone to whip out their money. He was only thinking about money. Even so, he didn’t do it in a way that gave me satisfaction; it made me feel uncomfortable. Without listening to what I was saying or asking us anything, I will not recommend this. Honestly, this feels like a scam. No one should go here. Please be aware of this skincare clinic.

I needed a hydra facial treatment done for my face. Visited Skin Clinic Sri Lanka.. To be very honest the first inpression set from the reception was so friendly.. I had a little waiting period.. But it was worth the wait as Dr Upendra guided me with what needs to be done and why this treatment is the best for me.. The procedure was so relaxing and I got the best instant glow and cleansing.. Would recommend anyone finding for a relaxing, deep cleansing and instant glow result:)

Had a cosmetic procedure at this centre. Process was very precise, well-structured, safe and secured. Doctors were informative. Customer service was helpful. Administration was quick and easy to approach. Areas of improvement: Accessibility of each room for the different stages of procedure needs to be improved. Overall, satisfied with the service.
