It feels like an addiction — I can’t stop myself from buying more Spa Ceylon products. Even when it’s painful and I can’t buy everything I planned because of airport dollar transaction. If you plan to buy from airport do it on first floor before checking in, the prices after getting in Duty-free zone are different and they accept only dollars. I couldn’t buy more, and it was really painful, but the sellers were really professional and nice. Stopping a shopaholic from buying more products is almost impossible — because this love is forever.

A great place to buy Ayurvedic beauty and skincare products We tried few of their products and it’s great Packaging makes the products special and very Ceylon. Very colourful and fragrant. But not so strong. Just right Service and the advises from the staff was very good and professional. Dint push to buy. Have seen outlets in many airports. They should come to Hong Kong I’m sure it will be a good market for them

I bought a product from the hotel premises but when I got to my room I read the instructions which said the product needs to be washed off in an hour after application, so I immediately returned to the store to exchange the serum for the oil however I was told that at this particular brunch they don’t exchange however every other brunch they do. The poor sale girl tried her best to find me a solution however non of her managers were willing to help. So I had to return back with the same product I bought 45mins back. I would recommend if you have such a policy please display it in the shop so we dont waste our money buying your products.

Very disappointed with Spa Ceylon. They advertise that customers will receive a free gift set when purchasing products over LKR 30,000, however after meeting this requirement, no gift set was sent with my online order. This promotion is clearly MISLEADING ONLINE CUSTOMERS. What’s worse is the poor handling of the issue afterward. I contacted their customer service multiple times over more than a month, speaking to several people, yet there has been no action. When I tried to get assistance from the outlets, I was told they could not assist because the purchase was made online and that I had to contact customer service again. This is extremely disappointing. online customers should not be treated as a separate, unsupported group. I live overseas and just before I left the country, I spoke with a staff member at the Sri Lankan airport outlet, provided all details, and was assured my message would be passed on. It has now been over a week with no response from anyone. This entire experience has been unacceptable and is the complete opposite of the “excellent customer service” Spa Ceylon proudly promotes. An ABSOLUTE SHAME for a brand that claims to value its customers.. MISLEADING promotion and extremely POOR customer service.

Rude staff with untrained behavior. Cursing guests in front of your face with their language and keep rolling eyes. Who hired this woman as sales assistant should be fired first. Branch in front of Domino pizza in the airport Edit: just saw other reviews have similar experience. exactly the same woman in the picture they have provided. And some other reviews also point out the similar behavior they have faced. Shameful that she is still working here. Such embarrassing for a place having so much bad reviews on their customer service literally talking about same lady but still ..she’s there😬
