Absolutely loved my experience at SPA Ceylon! Their products are truly exceptional — especially the natural day/night creams, hand creams, body wash, body mist, and incense collection. Everything smells luxurious while still feeling gentle and natural on the skin. What impressed me most is that they genuinely have something suitable for every skin type, even for sensitive skin. The customer service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and honest with their recommendations. They took the time to guide me through the products without being pushy, which made the whole shopping experience feel very personal and relaxing. I ended up buying gift sets for all my family members because the packaging and variety were so beautiful. The gift options are amazing and perfect for bringing home something special from Sri Lanka. Very comfortable and high level shop, a part of local huge cosmetics network. Very good products and great service helping find out the most fitting products. Very astonishing exterior and interior with mind-blowing colors, almost attacking by visual concept and smells. All together very professional place where you feel yourself very comfortable and happy to buy something. Drop there and be relaxed 👍

Unfortunately, my recent experiences have raised serious concerns about both product quality and customer service. 1. Product quality and after-sales response I have regularly purchased Spa Ceylon home aroma products for years. In late November 2025, I purchased a home aroma product and found the quality to be significantly below previous standards. I handed over the dispenser to the Negombo (Telwatta Junction) outlet for testing. Despite many follow-ups, I have still not received a clear response or the item back. The repeated explanation that it is “still with the lab” after such a long period is not acceptable. 2. Corporate sales communication failure In another instance, I attempted to contact Spa Ceylon’s corporate sales team via phone, WhatsApp, and email to source products for one of my businesses. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to establish proper communication. This reflects a serious issue within the corporate sales and customer engagement process. From a customer’s perspective, it appears that a once-strong brand may be losing focus on quality, responsiveness, and service excellence, possibly relying too heavily on its past reputation. History has shown that even highly successful brands can decline when customer experience is neglected. I genuinely hope Spa Ceylon’s top management takes this feedback seriously and acts decisively to restore the quality, service discipline, and customer-centric culture that originally built this brand. Without renewed focus, even respected brands risk gradual decline.

We had a great couples massage here when we found ourselves with an afternoon to waste in Negombo before flying home. They had availability immediately, and gave us a good price for a 60 minute Sri lankan massage for couples. The therapists were very good, although if that pressure was "medium" as requested then I do wonder what firm pressure would be like! The room was quiet and relaxing, and the smell of the products used were lovely. The therapist was clearly very well trained and experienced. We were very relaxed afterwards and were even able to have a full shower afterwards. We also had some tea and fruit offered after the massage. I also enjoyed a pleasant shopping experience afterwards for a few souvenirs. Not the cheapest option in Negombo I'm sure which is why I considered dropping a star, however I cannot fault their staff or the customer service. We were walk up customers and hadn't done any pre booking or research, and were looking for an established spa rather than some of the more random choices available nearby, or just getting a random massage on the beach. These options are available, but we were looking for a good banker, low risk, relaxing massage and Spa Ceylon delivered this. Thank you team!
