Spa Ceylon Ward Place Boutique & Spa

We recently visited Spa Ceylon and had a very pleasant shopping experience. The store had a calm and welcoming atmosphere with a beautiful layout and relaxing fragrance throughout the space. It was easy to browse the products, and the overall environment reflected the luxurious and herbal identity that Spa Ceylon is known for. What stood out most was the excellent customer service. The staff members were very efficient, friendly, and attentive. They quickly understood what we were looking for and helped us find the exact products we needed without any hassle. Their product knowledge and polite approach made the experience smooth and enjoyable. During our visit, we purchased the Royal Lotus perfume cream and the Island Rose product range. Both had wonderful fragrances and elegant packaging, making them feel premium and worth buying. The staff also gave helpful recommendations and explained the products clearly. Overall, Spa Ceylon provided a relaxing and satisfying shopping experience with excellent service and high-quality products. It is definitely a great place to visit for fragrances, wellness products, and gifts.

We are disappointed with the experience we had at the Ward Place branch today. We had two spa appointments scheduled for 5:00 PM on a Saturday for 1.5-hour treatments. Originally, our booking was for 6:00 PM, but the branch called and requested that we move it to 5:00 PM, which we accommodated. They later asked if we could come at 4:30 PM instead, but we explained that our schedules wouldn’t allow it and confirmed that we would arrive at 5:00 PM. Due to unavoidable traffic, we arrived about 8 minutes late. While we were parking, we received a call informing us that our 1.5-hour treatments would be reduced to just 1 hour—a loss of 30 minutes per person. Once we went inside, we were told that the therapists were only willing to do the 1-hour treatment, despite our original booking. After rearranging our day and looking forward to this experience following a very hectic few weeks, this was extremely disappointing. We completely understand the importance of being on time and accept responsibility for arriving a few minutes late. However, considering the circumstances—and the fact that the appointment time had already been changed at the branch’s request—we had hoped for a little more flexibility or a better effort to accommodate the booking we had confirmed. A spa visit is meant to be a relaxing experience, and unfortunately, this situation left us feeling frustrated and let down. I hope the branch reviews how situations like this are handled in the future so that other customers don’t have a similar experience

Such an incredible experience and must try if you’re in Sri Lanka! We did the detox purifying body ritual. It includes dry brushing, a full deep body scrub, 60 minute massage, scalp massage and hot herbal compress. The therapists really take their time. You end the treatment feeling so rejuvenated. They also offer herbal tea and fruit afterwards which is the cherry on top!

I visited the spa with my family and we had a wonderful experience. We booked two couple full-body treatments for myself, my spouse, and my parents, and everyone loved it. The service was very professional and friendly, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. The fragrances were incredibly authentic and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The products are of very high quality. I even bought several to take home, and my colleagues in the UK absolutely loved them. Highly recommended for a premium spa experience.

I had the most amazing experience at Spa Ceylon today. I opted for the full body retual massage and Hansani did a wonderful job. Calming, relaxing and beautiful! Thank you Spa Ceylon for a wonderful experience. I will definitely return!
