My sister and I had a prior appointment and were the first customers of the day. While the trainee girl was friendly and put genuine effort into my hair and styling, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The senior staff seemed inattentive, and as new customers, we didn't feel particularly welcomed or valued. The service lacked the level of professionalism and attention to detail I expected. There is definitely room for improvement in customer care and staff guidance. While the experience wasn't terrible, it didn't meet my expectations.
