I asked to get my gel nail polish removed from my natural nails. even at a very expensive professional spa, they charge 1300 odd. whn i called them before they said they'd remove it for free. and I wanted to pay atleast 500 for the service because I felt bad. later when I went there, normally to remove gel nails, you file the gel polish a bit and then put it in foil with acetone. but instead, all they did was, file file file. they filed my polish and they also filed the skin around my nails. it burns really bad. the skin is gone around my nails cus all the worker did was file and file. and then he put some cuticle oil and that was is it. and they charged 1500 from for that rubbish. I dont understand why they have such services if they do not know how to properly do certain stuff and charge reasonable. if I wanted to file file file and remove the nail polish off and put cuticle oil, I wouldn't hv gone to a nail salon and spend bloody 1.5k on this rubbish. very bad for my first impression of them. very over priced asw
