I took a leap of faith and got a Hair Botox treatment for the first time, and I'm so glad I did! I have naturally frizzy, voluminous hair, so I was a little nervous about the results. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Akash did my Hair Botox treatment with great care, while Shenaya assisted throughout the process. Akash explained every step beforehand, so I knew exactly what to expect. I really appreciated the transparency, as it made me feel confident and reassured throughout the treatment. While I was waiting for the Hair Botox to process, they even offered me a complimentary coffee, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, the entire team was warm, professional, and welcoming. My first Hair Botox experience couldn't have gone better.
