Yesterday I got a facial and a haircut at the ladies section of Kumas Salon. I was given a really good service that I didn't expect. The staff there were very friendly. The prices are reasonable. That's why I recommend this salon. Thank you for the service you provided. 😍

I was blown away by my first experience at Kuma's Salon!! The hair cutting team was incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and provided excellent customer service. I'm so impressed with the results, especially my new haircut. It's exactly what I was hoping for! I will definitely be returning.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Kuma’s Salon. I went in with a clear idea of how I wanted my haircut, but the person who cut my hair — I think he’s the owner — completely ignored what I asked for and did what he wanted instead. On top of that, when shaving, he accidentally cut my neck and just stuck a piece of paper on it to stop the bleeding. It was a very uncomfortable and careless experience. I don't know how the other staff are, but based on this visit, I definitely won't be going back.

Very bad experience.. yesterday my husband went there for a gold facial. They charged more than they tell at the beginning. They do not follow techniques of a facial. And completely dirty place. Such cunning people. They will tell you the amount at the beginning but increase it after the service. Don’t ever go there 🤮👎🏻
