I had a great experience at La Passion Salon. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and very professional. They really take the time to understand what you need and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the visit. The salon itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a relaxing atmosphere, which makes the whole experience even better. One of the best things is that they are open until midnight, which is extremely convenient for anyone with a busy schedule or late working hours. Overall, it’s a very reliable and convenient place with great service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality salon experience!

La Passion Delkanda has the shittiest service I’ve ever experienced. It used to be the number one salon I trusted, but sadly, the standards have completely deteriorated. The staff are untrained and highly unprofessional. While getting my haircut, I had to remind the barber to use a neck tissue to prevent hair from falling inside my clothes, something that should be basic practice in any professional salon. To make matters worse, another barber was lying on the couch with his feet facing customers, watching TikTok videos at full volume. It was completely disrespectful and created an unprofessional atmosphere. The barber who cut my hair clearly didn’t know what he was doing and lacked even the basic skills expected from a professional stylist. At this point, I honestly believe a small neighborhood salon would have provided a far better experience. It’s disappointing to see how far La Passion has fallen from the quality and reputation it once had.

I went here to get a haircut and got really disappointed. They just ruined my hair. Later I noticed my hair was cut here and there. The barber was not trained properly or skilled at all. Don't go to this place if you expect a reliable haircut. You'll thank me later.

⭐☆☆☆☆ A textbook example of how to lose loyal customers I patronized La Passion Salon – Delkanda/Nugegoda for over 10–12 years, and my entire family used their services. Sadly, the professional staff who built this brand are no longer here, and what remains is poor management and zero customer focus. I visited today for a simple haircut and was not even acknowledged on arrival. There were three barbers and a so-called manager. I waited nearly two hours. One barber finished and left for dinner, another took over two hours for a single haircut, and the third said, “Sir, I’m going to eat… someone will come and cut your hair.” At that point, I was the only customer left, with a 10-minute job. Barbers were clearly prioritizing personal appointments arranged through their own phones. Had this been communicated upfront, I would not have wasted my time. The manager demonstrated no understanding of customer service, queue management, or customer lifetime value. If demand cannot be met, it would be better not to keep the shop open late and disrespect customers’ time. I left and immediately walked into a small boutique salon nearby—well organized, efficient, welcoming, and professional. The contrast was striking. I will not return, nor will my family. Sadly, a brand I once trusted for personal grooming has now become a classic case study in losing long-term loyal customers, one I will personally reference in my future lecture sessions.
