Had a great experience at Naturals Sri Lanka Delkanda, Nugegoda with Mr. Prageeth… I went in with dull, damaged, uneven hair, and he did a Botox treatment and a feather cut that completely transformed it…❤️😍 He fixed the damage without cutting off too much length, so my hair still feels long, healthy, and smooth… The whole experience was very relaxing. he worked so calmly without getting tired, and you can really see his skill and mastery.💇‍♀️ Thank you, Mr. Prageeth, for your wonderful work and dedication. I highly recommend Natural’s Saloon for nail art, especially the Nugegoda Cool Planet branch. A special thank you to Harsha and Chamika for their exceptional service and kindness. Even though I arrived late for my appointment, they were incredibly supportive and patient. The shop officially closes at 9:00 PM, but my manicure and pedicure continued until 11:45 PM, and throughout the entire time they remained professional, friendly, and welcoming. Not once did they show any discomfort or impatience. What truly stood out was their dedication and hospitality—they even offered us a lovely cup of coffee despite how late it was. This level of care and commitment is rare and deeply appreciated. Excellent service, beautiful nail art, and amazing staff. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

I can’t thank Mrs Thanuri enough for taking such great care of me during my full body wax, including a Brazilian. I was so nervous going in, but she made me feel comfortable from the start and reassured me throughout the entire appointment. I went to the Nugegoda branch for a facial. The treatment was very painful, and the massage was not good. The staff did not explain what products they were using during the treatment. The hygiene standards were very poor. The therapist touched the everything, doors, and other surfaces without cleaning her hands, then continued the treatment on my face. After the facial, I developed acne. I am very disappointed with the service and will never go to Naturals salon nugegoda again. I do not recommend this place.
