I highly recommend Lasanthi Bandaranayaka Salon ❤️ Lasanthi akki is such a kind, humble, and genuinely friendly person. From the very beginning, she made me feel so comfortable and special. She dressed me beautifully for both my morning shoot and evening Tamil shoot, and her work was absolutely perfect! ✨ Her talent, patience, and warm personality truly make her stand out. If you are looking for someone who not only does amazing styling but also treats you with so much care and kindness, she is the best choice. Highly recommended! 💕

On May 23rd, I contacted this salon two weeks in advance to make a booking. A person named Lasanthi Bandara told me to come on the 23rd and that she would do the dressing for me. When I asked if she needed my name to confirm the booking, she said, “No need, just come—I’ll be there. Come at 8:30.” I trusted her and came all the way from Kandy that morning. But when I got there, the salon was closed. She wasn’t answering the phone either. I kept calling, and finally, without any apology or explanation, she just said, “I had a wedding dressing to do, I’m not at the salon now.” At the very least, if she had to go out, she should’ve left someone behind or let the client know—especially when a promise was made. In the end, I had to search Facebook and contact another salon in Dambulla. I explained the real situation to them. They sympathized with me and agreed to do the dressing because I had a small baby and couldn’t be left stranded. Because of all this, I ended up missing the main part of the ceremony I was supposed to attend. --- Let me know if you’d like to turn this into a formal complaint or a review.
