Lush Skin Clinic

I recently visited Lush Skin Clinic for a Facial and the clinic itself was very clean and had a calm, had a very relaxing environment. The staff were polite and also professional throughout the appointment. The treatment was carried out by Ms.Chathuri, her work is excellent where it led my skin to improve alot. The facial she provided was very refreshing, and my skin felt noticeably smoother and more hydrated afterwards. It was a pleasant experience and I was happy with how my skin looked after the facial. I would definitely reccomend to experience lush skin clinic to everyone. 🙏🏻💗

Absolutely terrible experience at Lush Skin Clinic today. I had a confirmed appointment but was kept waiting for **three hours** before being taken in, with zero communication or apologies from the staff. To make matters worse, they are completely dishonest about their pricing. They never disclosed the charges upfront, and at the end of the treatment, slapped me with a massive, unexpected bill. When you are paying that much, you expect at least basic courtesy—but the entire staff, from the nurses to the front desk, were rude and impolite. I even asked for a simple glass of water while waiting for hours and was completely ignored. Total "cha max" experience. Save your money, your time, and your dignity, and go somewhere that actually respects its clients. Disgusting management.

We consulted a specialist for a minor surgery and the Lush Clinic called us today and confirmed the appointment at 3.30pm today. The Dr also did some preparatory procedures and around 6pm the Dr told us the Clinic has not prepared the surgical utilities needed for the surgery. And we had to go to Hemas to get it done today. What an irresponsible Clinic is this. I m not sure what they have to tell us about the time we wasted for almost 3 hours on a Monday and the harassment experienced by my daughter. Highly irresponsible and a careless place with the first experience we got today from their irresponsible staff. This is called taken patients for granted with no respect. I have been to better organized animal clinics 😬

I do not recommend Lush Skin Clinics based on my recent experience. I had a hydra facial there and afterward developed a severe allergic reaction including itching, hives and swelling under my eyes. I am still taking Allegra to manage the symptoms. When I reported this to the clinic, they stated that the reaction was not related to the facial. However, I had no prior skin issues before the treatment so this was concerning. I would strongly suggest that the clinic consider having qualified medical professional to perform the hydra facial or at minimum conduct proper patch tests beforehand to check for possible allergic reactions to the products used. Based on my experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution when considering a hydra facial at this clinic.
