Specialist Skin Centre Colombo

I had a great experience at Specialist Skin Centre, Colombo. The doctors are highly professional, knowledgeable, and specialized in their fields. The staff provided excellent service, and the overall ambience is clean, modern, and welcoming. One of the biggest advantages is the ample free parking available, which is a huge convenience compared to many other clinics in Colombo. I went this clinic on last saturday for to get treatment to my face acne.I got appointment for Dr.kavinda nanayakkara and he gave me prescription for my face acne.He gave me deriva MC gel to apply my face.i searched more than 20 pharmacies this gel.They all told me this gel is now they not imported to sri lanka.As a dermatologist he should know about this.After this i contacted reception and informed them about this.She told me send me the prescription through whatsapp.i sent it on monday..For today its almost 4 days.until today im not received any response about this..every day im asking them about update and they told me still waiting for doctor response.We are going to dermatologist about skin issues and this situation they should inform to me alternative gel.Very dissapointed about this service.Im not recommended this place for skin issues..

Had a call with the receptionist or who ever answered the call was so rude and don't know how to speak with the customers properly... Upper management... Please take a look into this matter

Had very good experience. Despite doctor being a little late due to traffic ( which is quite normal in Sri-Lanka), it was so worth waiting for him and get the right treatment for my issues. Thank you, Dr. Kavinda Nanayakkara! By the way, the area in the clinic is very pretty and pleasant for waiting:)
