I went there a week ago and I still can’t forget the amazing experience I got from there. I got an Indonesian BIOKOS Rejuvenating Facial Treatment from here and it was one of the best facials I’ve got done so far. I was a walk-in customer together with my mom and it was our first time at Martha Tilaar. The treatment was done by a staff named Roza and she was the best. I think the other staff’s also good as much as her cause I heard many good feedbacks and witnessed their great customer service. I’m still truly impressed with the traditional Indonesian treatment which gave me a soothing sensation plus a glowy look. The facial and head massage was on point too. On a special note, The Manager in front is super friendly. Thank you once again for the treatment and the services. We’ll come next time too. And I highly recommend this place.

Excellent service!! I have had several different massages from different ladies. They are all receptive to instruction for varying the pressure. Great experience every time! And to close it out they give you a cup of ginger tea.

They provided everything I needed—hair dryer, shower cap, and more. My massage therapist, cherry, was exceptionally kind and attentive. She constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable and that the pressure was just right. It was truly a one-of-a-kind experience that I would highly recommend to anyone.
