Mary's Hair & Bridal Salon

Very unskilled employees who are very bad at permanent hairstyling. Did my hair colour as maroon and it was fully purely black after it was done. And they charged me Rs. 35,000 for services. They lied to me that they are very skilled, and took my money. Very very poor service. Never visiting this salon again. Did a keratin treatment and looked so ugly because they did not iron it properly. I spent 6 hours there during the first day, and another 6 hours to correct it. Had to go and correct it again.

I went to get my baby’s hair done. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Gives a very smooth service and my baby got a nice hair was a cute hair cut. Even though she is just 4 years they put a good effort to adhere to her requirements and she didn’t panic at all during the hair cut

Response to Mary’s comment below; If you “only do ladies” and you are “not a barbers”, then why did you accept and confirm an appointment specifically booked as a gents haircut under my name? I have the booking confirmation as proof ; you can’t take a booking for a gents cut and then suddenly claim you don’t do it when the customer arrives. Floods and staff issues can happen and are understandable, but not informing the customer in advance, keeping the booking active, and then wasting my time is not! If you genuinely don’t do gents cuts, why did you take the appointment for a gents haircut in the first place, and why are you still allowing those bookings to go through? If I could give 0 stars, I would. Mary’s Hair & Bridal Salon is a shameless, disorganized joke of a salon run by clueless amateurs who clearly don’t care about anyone’s time. They confirmed my appointment in writing and still couldn’t be bothered to tell me the barber was “unavailable”. I had to call them myself to find out. This isn’t a one-off, they constantly screw up appointments, change things last minute and throw out pathetic excuses every single time. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and not worth a single rupee! Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

I did keratin treatment. They had applied the cream on my skull which is not supposed to do. Due to that I got skin rash and my skull & hair covered with fluid. It was painful and couldnt even keep the head on the pillow. After getting two weeks medical treatments I recovered but my hair started to fall. The salon refunded treatment cost and extra cash for the doctor fee. But I have ended up with falling and damaged hair. Who ever go to the salon BE CAREFUL

Went there last minute to have a hair cut. The guy ( sorry Couldnt ask the name) convinced me to have a color also to cover my white hairs. I let him decide the colours. It came perfect . Provided me with necessary professional advices to protect my damaged hair. So I would definitely recommend this place. A clean and nice friendly place .
