I have been visiting Matsuge for waxing and skin treatments for some time, and haven't got a reason to go elsewhere as their Matsuge's service is exceptional. Rhonda and her staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. And there is always visible improvement in each visit. Last week for the first time I got my hair colour done from Noyali at Matsuge. I have been trying several hairdresses and none could give the colour i always wanted- I needed a cooler or neutral colour as I had bad experience of trying warmer tones. I had a warmer colour done recently and Noyali corrected it so well. It turned out great. I love it. Thank you Matsuge team, you girls are the best.

The owner was so professional and took the time to explain every step of the process, which really put me at ease. They made sure I understood what was happening throughout the procedure and checked regularly to make sure I was comfortable. The whole experience felt calm, clean and reassuring, and the attention to detail was amazing. My brows look so natural and perfectly shaped. I look years younger, exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend anyone considering microblading to make an appointment here.

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Rhonda is incredibly professional, and it was immediately obvious that she truly knows her craft. She took the time to make me feel comfortable throughout the process, listened carefully to what I wanted, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. The final result is exactly what I had hoped for — so natural and beautifully done. When I showed my husband and friends, they were absolutely blown away. In fact, two of my friends have already booked appointments with her after seeing my brows! I highly recommend Rhonda to anyone considering microshading. Her skill, professionalism, and attention to detail are exceptional.

I also get my haircuts done by Noyali—she’s the best! I hadn’t been able to find her for a while since I didn’t have her contact details, so I was so happy to hear she’s now at Matsuge. I booked in with Matsuge for just some eye lash extensions and an eyebrow tint. However? I ended up including a facial as well! What an experience that was! From the moment I walked in Ruchini greeted me with such warmth and friendliness I instantly felt at ease! Sarika did magic with my face which left me glowing and Nandi did her magic with my eyes! I left very happy and contented and received many compliments! Today however, when I returned on the day was leaving the country to get my eyes done again the online booking system failed us all. Despite me getting a free time slot and sending through the appointments a day ahead the team hadn’t received it as it seems I should have received a confirmation through once accepted which I didn’t know and I still turned up there and Ruchini felt bad but got me the lovely Manoli to assist me and squeeze in some threading and eyebrow tinting! I was disappointed I couldn’t get the rest of the treatments I had planned done. But I will return when I next visit SL! Truly grateful and appreciate what the ladies mentioned above were able to do for me!
