I had the most amazing birthday experience with Ms. Waruni and her team. This hair transformation was a surprise gift from my mom, and they truly made my day unforgettable. From the warm welcome to the final styling, everything was done with so much care and professionalism. Ms. Waruni listened carefully and created a color that turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. Thank you to Ms. Waruni and her wonderful team for making my birthday so special. I visited today for a hair blowout and was very disappointed with the service. The stylist girl with curly hair who attended to me appeared to be inexperienced and lacked confidence in performing a proper blowout. She dried my entire hair before starting the styling process, which is not how a professional blowout should be done. I became frustrated with the situation and spoke to the front desk. Thankfully, the receptionist was very helpful and understanding. She recognized my concerns and arranged for another stylist to take over. The front office staff handled the situation professionally and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. While I appreciate the excellent customer service from the reception team, I believe clients should not be assigned to untrained or inexperienced staff members without proper supervision. We come to a salon expecting professional results and to leave feeling confident and beautiful. I hope management will ensure that all stylists are adequately trained before providing services to clients.
