Salon Ivory

I popped into Salon Ivory this morning with my daughter for a last-minute makeup and hair session. Didn’t have an appointment but Dinu and Nishani took care of us so well! They were professional, warm, and really talented. Loved how we both looked. Thank you Dinu and Nishani for the amazing experience — I’m very satisfied and will be recommending you to everyone!🥰🥰🥰

The staff at Ivory is very accommodating, and friendly. Quick service aswell. Highly recommend

I hate axe oil head massage only 10 minutes for 500 I think they are not really not interest for 500 work really poor service disappointed

I saw all the bad reviews but i went there recently and got neat and clean haircut also i recomended them highly. I feel very friendly and calm on that place

I recently visited salon ivory and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I had high hopes based on the positive reviews, but my visit left much to be desired. From the start, I felt like the barber didn't really listen to what I wanted. I showed a picture and explained in detail the style I was looking for, but the end result was nowhere close to what I had in mind. Instead of the modern, clean cut I requested, I ended up with something completely different that looked outdated and unprofessional. Moreover, the barber seemed rushed and inattentive. It felt like they were more interested in getting through the job quickly rather than making sure I was satisfied with the result. The lines were uneven, and the overall finish was sloppy. To make matters worse, when I pointed out the issues and politely asked for adjustments, the barber was dismissive and made minimal effort to fix the problems. I left the shop feeling frustrated and unhappy with my haircut. Given this experience, I cannot recommend salon ivory. It's disappointing to spend money on a service and leave feeling dissatisfied. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their customer service and attention to detail.
