Worst salon experience in Wattala – avoid if you can I’ve been going here for 4 years just to get my eyebrows done, and it’s been consistently bad. Even when I specifically say no, the girls pluck my whole forehead. This went on for so long that I developed pimples and forehead issues because of it. The moment I stopped getting my eyebrows done here, my skin actually cleared up and started glowing again. The owner isn’t any better. I went for a haircut and she completely ignored what I asked for and did whatever she wanted instead. Zero listening to the customer. Two years ago, my friend and I went for makeup for a special event. They completely ruined it, and on top of that charged way more than the price they quoted us for the hairstyles. It’s clear they only care about money, not customer satisfaction. After 4 years of dealing with careless work and forehead issues, I’m done. Would not recommend to anyone.

Had a pedicure and the gel Polish came off after 2 days. They use cheap products. She was trying to sell other treatments which was very annoying.

Not that good. Went for a saree draping, they didn't pleat the saree properly and they used so much of safety pins unnecessarily, and with all of that the saree was falling apart in certain places. I also did my hair here and they took 1 and a half hours to do a simple blow dry. I told them to stop halfway because they were putting so much of heat to my hair, and when I asked not to put hairspray, they went ahead and did it. I'm disappointed with their service

Worst experience of hair relaxing & Pedicures + Gel Nails. I got my hair relaxed from this place few years back. She fried & burnt my hair. I'd to wait long to get my normal hair back. I didnt step in there until yesterday for a pedicure & Gel colors. (Because I was in need of getting them done before a function & my usual go place - Beauty Nail spa was closed) The pedicure was quite okay (not clean btw) But they had only one Nail polish color and the girl who did it made it a mess. She got another girl's help but both of them didnt do it nicely. But charged 1500/- so nicely as well. So dissapointed with their service. And The Threading :( They dont know how to remove extras either
