Raquel's Nugegoda

I recently had a mani and pedi service at Raquel’s – Nugegoda. It was a lastminute appointment and I truly appreciated how easy it was to get in touch with them. Unlike other salons I had contacted earlier, there were no delays or unanswered messages, which made the whole booking process very smooth. I’m glad I chose Raquel’s. My nail technician, Madu, did a fantastic job. I tried a few colors before deciding on the final one and she was very patient, helpful and professional throughout without any sign of annoyance. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and welcoming. They even offered coffee with a delicious cookie, which was a lovely touch. I also noticed they surprised another customer with a birthday celebration, which really shows how they go beyond just providing a service. Overall, a very pleasant experience with great service and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Tried a umecare facial here and my skin feels relaxed and amazing! The staff were very knowledgeable and professional. My facial was done by shanuki . The environment is clean and relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. Plus, their offers right now make it so worth the price . Got a tasty coffee after the facial. Such a beautiful salon with amazing service. The team is very welcoming and professional, and you can really see the attention to hygiene. Prices are reasonable, especially with the offers they have now. Highly recommend Raquel’s in Nugegoda will be coming back again for my monthly pamper session.

Tried their friends pedicure package and it was such a great experience! We all got spa pedicures and they even gave gel color application free for four of us. Loved the calm, relaxing vibe and the service was really good. Staff were super friendly too! They really did a great job.

I brought my mom for a pedicure and a Casmara facial, and we had a great experience at Raquel’s Nail Lounge. The service was excellent, definitely worth the price, and most importantly, my mom was very happy. Highly recommended!
