I had my wedding on January 19th, 2026, and the bridal dressing by Ms. Ruchira was truly beyond my expectations. I felt absolutely beautiful on my big day. The makeup, hairstyles, and jewellery were all done so perfectly and elegantly. She gave me the freedom to select my saree and jewellery exactly the way I wanted. A very special highlight was my bridesmaids and flower girls-they were dressed by her amazing assistants and looked absolutely stunning. Their makeup and hairstyles were also beyond expectations. We all changed for the going-away, and I truly appreciate the dedication of the assistants who came to the hotel and worked so efficiently. In a very short time, they changed my hairstyle, did makeup touch-ups, and dressed all six of us beautifully. Thank you, Ms. Ruchira and team, for your professionalism, talent, and care. You made my wedding day even more special and memorable. 💕✨

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Ruchira Liyanage Bridal Salon. We selected this salon for my sister’s wedding, and I was one of the bridesmaids. Unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience from start to finish. Almost 99% of the staff were rude and unprofessional. They did not listen to what we wanted and instead did whatever they preferred. The makeup for the bridesmaids was very disappointing. That day there were for set of bridesmaids and they gave all four sets of bridesmaids the exact same makeup look, even though it did not suit everyone. It looked heavy and completely changed our natural appearance. There was no personalization at all. Hygiene was also a serious concern. The same makeup tools — including sponges and beauty blenders — were used for all the bridesmaids (there were more than 15 of us). This was extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable. For the price we paid, the products used did not seem branded or high quality. Most of the makeup appeared to be cheap products, which is unacceptable considering the charges. The hairdresser was also very rude and behaved sarcastically toward one of our bridesmaids in front of everyone, which was highly unprofessional and embarrassing. Even the bridal makeup done by Ruchira herself was disappointing. There was no special difference or standard compared to the rest. The bride was very upset with her final look. The makeup started cracking within a short time, and even after touch-ups, it continued to look cracked and patchy. Overall, this salon completely ruined what should have been a very special and memorable day for us. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Had a really great experience with Ruchira Liyanagamage Bridal. The makeup, hairstyling, jewellery, and flower bouquets were beautifully done and really impressive. Thank you for the excellent service and for making the day extra special. Highly recommended!❤️❤️❤️

I went here for a full dressing, and I am devastated by the results. The assistant used such excessively high heat on my hair that it has been permanently damaged. Even after washing my hair twice at home, the strong smell of burnt hair remains. My natural waviness is completely gone, and my hair feels fried. The lack of care and professional judgment regarding heat settings was unacceptable. Please be very careful before trusting them with your hair.
