I went for a makeup and hairdress. I asked for a minimum makeup and Ms.Shwetha really listened to what I wanted and executed the look beyond my expectations. She did my hair just the way I wanted. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful. Her attention to detail and customer care was top tire.

❌ NOT Recommended for Nails 💅 If there was a 0-star option to rate, I would use it. The main issue: My thumb was injured during the process (image attached). All my fingers were injured, and I feel pain every time they get wet. Unfortunately, the only visible wound is on my thumb. The girl who did my nails was a trainee, and I believe she did her best. However, we, as customers, are not lab rats to be used for tests. Here are the issues I faced: - Neatness: 0/10. - Appearance: Ugly at its highest. - Knowledge: Did not even have basic knowledge of nail care. - Hygiene: 0/10. The salon was not clean, with so much dust everywhere. The nail tips looked like I had dipped my entire fingers into a paint bucket. She didn’t even clean or neaten the nails after finishing. I couldn’t believe the senior staff said, “Nice,” and even took some pictures to send to their madam. I can’t understand how the senior staff approved these unacceptable, poorly done nails. ‼️‼️‼️‼️ I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Stop doing nails until your staff is properly trained. And do not use your clients as lab rats.

I visited this salon today for a facial treatment. The staff were polite, however I felt the salon could improve a lot in cleanliness. Some equipment looked old and the place did not feel very clean. Maintaining better hygiene and updated equipment would really help give customers a better and more comfortable experience. I hope this feedback is taken positively.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this nail salon! I came in for a regular manicure and pedicure, and everything from start to finish was exceptional. The nail techs were so patient and attentive while helping me choose the perfect nail color—they tried a few options until we found the exact shade I had in mind. It turned out perfectly. And when I accidentally smudged one of my nails afterward, they were more than happy to fix it without any hesitation. During the pedicure, they were incredibly careful and gentle around a sensitive area on my foot, which I really appreciated. Despite that, the tech still did a thorough job with the cleaning and scrubbing, and my feet felt amazing afterward. Beyond the service itself, the atmosphere in the salon was warm and welcoming. Everyone—from the nail techs to the owner—was genuinely kind and friendly. They even gave me helpful tips for foot care and offered complimentary refreshments as I was there for quite a while. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a first time client. My nails look and feel great, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at the salon. The satff was very friendly and did an amazing job on my acrylic nails. I’m so happy and would highly recommend to everyone. Beautiful nails. Thank you so much!
