I had a very disappointing experience at glamour saloon. Despite charging premium prices, the service was far from professional or satisfactory.🤬 The staff seemed uninterested and in a hurry. They didn’t listen properly to what I wanted, and the haircut I received was nothing like what I asked for. On top of that, the tools didn’t seem properly sanitized, and the overall hygiene of the place was poor. What shocked me the most was the final bill – they charged extra for things that were never discussed upfront. For the price they’re asking, I expected way better service, attention to detail, and basic customer care. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place if you're looking for a quality haircut or professional treatment. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I hired their services for myself and my groomsmen for my wedding, and the experience was terrible. First of all, their prices are high and absolutely not worth it. They initially quoted a price for hair, makeup, and dressing. On the day before the wedding, they gave us an appointment time to come to the salon for all of these services. However, when we arrived early in the morning at the scheduled time, they were busy doing haircuts for other clients, and only two staff members were available to dress five people. Shockingly, those two staff members didn’t even know how to tie a tie—which is a basic part of formal dressing. Despite this poor service, they still charged high prices for dressing. Because of this unprofessional and disorganized behavior, we were delayed by an hour for our morning photoshoot. In the end, it was our photographer who had to tie our ties because the salon staff couldn’t manage it. I would never recommend this kind of untrained, careless salon to anyone.

Extremely disappointing experience. I asked for a simple, clean haircut with size 4 or 5 on the sides, but the barber completely ignored my request and proceeded with his own approach using only scissors and a comb — no professional equipment or clippers were used. The result? One side is flat, the other is uneven and badly cut. It looks rushed and unskilled. To make things worse, I was charged Rs. 1000 for this poor service, which is absolutely not worth it. Worst salon experience I’ve had. Definitely not going back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a professional haircut.

Cozy place. Had a manicure with nail art. They didn’t have range of colors. Just few. Staff is friendly and the manicure was good. Recommended!
