I’ve been going to Madushanka for years, and he honestly never disappoints. He is amazing at what he does, and you can really tell that he loves hair and genuinely cares about his clients. I recently had a terrible haircut overseas, and it really affected my confidence. My hair looked like it couldn’t be fixed, but Madushanka worked his magic. He was so careful and took his time, and the result was honestly amazing. I walked out loving my hair again and feeling so much more confident. He is so talented, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy with your hair. I honestly think he is one of the most underrated hair stylists out there and deserves so much more recognition. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. If you’re looking for someone who will actually care about your hair and make sure you leave happy, I highly recommend Madushanka!

I chose to visit this salon for a haircut without checking reviews beforehand, and honestly, I feel it was not the best decision. When we show a style, it may not always suit us, so an experienced stylist should be able to adjust it to match our face shape. That’s something I felt was missing here. Instead of guiding or adapting the style, he seemed to just follow what I asked without considering what would actually suit my face or the final result. Based on my experience, the negative reviews here feel quite accurate. The hairstylist did not seem fully focused on my haircut, he was constantly moving around, attending to other things, and coming back, which affected the overall result. Some of the other concerns mentioned in reviews also felt true to me. Even the hair washing experience was uncomfortable. It felt rushed, and the person washing my hair used too much force, which made it unpleasant. Because of this, I would not recommend this salon for short haircuts. I’ve had much better experiences at other places with no complaints, and compared to those, this did not feel worth it considering the cost. I’m simply sharing my honest experience. The team might respond here, as I’ve seen in other reviews, but this is my genuine feedback.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and results I received at this salon. Based on a recommendation, I booked an appointment for both a Keratin treatment and hair coloring to manage my gray hairon 21 st of March. Conflicting Advice and Service Sequence Initially, the staff advised that I should perform the Keratin treatment first and wait three weeks before coloring. Because of my gray hair, I asked if we could reverse the order. They then changed their advice, stating that the color must be done first because Keratin can alter the hair's shade. Despite this confusion, I followed their final recommendation and completed the Keratin treatment first. The Results Initially, the results were good after Keratin treatment .My hair was shiny and relaxed. I strictly followed the aftercare instructions, using only sulfate-free shampoo for the following three weeks. After three weeks, I returned for the color treatment. They suggested using L’Oreal products, though the mixture was prepared out of sight. Immediately after the color treatment, the quality of my hair was ruined. The shine from the Keratin treatment completely vanished, and my hair became extremely frizzy. Furthermore, the color did not hold properly. Lack of Accountability When I reached out to discuss the damage, the owner refused to take my calls. When I visited in person to show them the results, they attempted to blame my shampoo—despite the fact that the same shampoo had worked perfectly for the three weeks prior to the coloring session. Financial Impact I got my hair mid of my elbow level was charged: • 39,000 for the Keratin treatment • 17,500 for the coloring I feel cheated. Not only did I spend a significant amount of money, but my hair is now in worse condition than when I started. It is clear to me now that the treatments were performed in the wrong order and that the salon prioritizes profit over professional results and customer service. I would not recommend this establishment.
