Hello, I have always had a good experience with Salon Sithma, but recently the service quality has declined. The staff member handling eyebrow plucking has been too rough and is causing irritation to my skin every time. Additionally, during the cleanup, the staff member’s nails scratched and hurt my neck. I hope more care and professionalism can be maintained in future services. Thank you.
