Absolutely Wonderful Experience – Highly Recommend! We had our engagement on June 18th, 2025, and the entire experience was Amazing. From the warm, friendly service we received throughout the planning stages to the day itself, everything was perfect. I’m really disappointed with the service I received. The assistant lady was extremely rude and unprofessional, which completely ruined my experience. I expected a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, but unfortunately, this was not the case. However, want to sincerely appreciate Tharaka, who did an amazing job for the bride 👏

I had only 9 days to get ready for my wedding, and I cannot thank Tharaka aiya and his saloon Tharoo enough for making everything so smooth and beautiful in such a short time! From the moment I contacted him, he was incredibly helpful, supportive, and kind. He went out of his way to help me find everything I needed from accessories to coordinating every detail. On my big day, he made me feel like a dream. I wanted a natural Kandyan bride look, and he made it happen perfectly exactly how I imagined, and even better! Not only that, he also dressed my mother beautifully, making sure she looked graceful and stunning as well. His hands are truly magical, and he understands exactly what suits for me. I had an awful experience at Salon Tharoo. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Both the lady and the man had no respect for clients—no smile, no warmth, and they clearly don’t know how to communicate properly, whether in person or over the phone. We traveled all the way from Colombo to Kurunegala, hoping to get a good service, but it was a disaster from the start. When we rang the bell, the lady didn’t even open the gate properly—she just unlocked it and walked away. The attitude was like they were doing us a favor, as if we should be grateful for their "service."😂😂 The makeup and dressing were completely not worth the high price. It’s honestly disappointing when you expect quality but end up with such poor results. This place acts like they're the best beauticians in Sri Lanka, but they need to first learn how to treat their clients. Don't waste your time or money here. Absolutely horrible service, overpriced, and not at all what I wanted.😡😡😡😡😡
