✅ The experience was good, the barber was very polite and spoke ok english. 🚩But the negatives are the reason for 3/5 stars. The price is over the top. Rp 3000 for a 30min haircut? Every local before me got like a masage and hair products after cutting and I got a cut for tripple the price without anything. Even when I asked my local friends going to this barber they said they are paying Rp 1000 for a haircut!!!! I don't get it how every tourist is ok with paying tourist prices in local places. Crazy ➡️ If you came to my country, I would not dare to charge you more and get less service. You want more tourist and you treat them like this. Eh

I had the most heartwarming haircut experience. Sumi gave me such a nice haircut during a power outage, and did it at a truly top-notch level. Great conversation and a really nice vibe. I’m heading home from my trip with this memory. By the way, he speaks fluent English, so it’s super easy to communicate what you want. That guy really knows his craft.

On my 25 day trip in Sri Lanka I was ready for a haircut, and I'm glad I ended up here. The owner of this salon treated me and it was a very nice guy. In the end, of course, you come for a haircut, and this was also a success. Very happy with it
