As a boyfriend with absolutely zero knowledge about beauty treatments and salons, I was completely lost when I decided I wanted to plan a surprise pamper day for my girlfriend. I had no idea where to start, what to book, or what would suit her — but from the very first message I sent to Shahaniya Saloon, I knew I was in the right hands. From the moment I reached out, Shahaniya was incredibly warm, patient, and helpful. I explained the whole situation — that it was a surprise, that my girlfriend is a university student and I didn't want anything too over the top, that I had a limited budget, and that I genuinely didn't know what would work best for her. Without any hesitation, Shahaniya took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and walked me through everything step by step. She recommended a wonderful combination of services — a head and shoulder treatment that includes a hot oil hair massage, a shoulder and facial massage, and a hot water shower, along with a classic manicure and pedicure, and gel color on her natural nails. It was the perfect, balanced package — not too fancy, not too basic — exactly what I had in mind. What really stood out to me was Shahaniya's honesty and transparency. She clearly broke down the pricing for each service, offered me fair deals, and even helped me adjust the package when I wanted to swap out certain treatments. When I asked whether gel color could work on natural nails instead of going for acrylics, she immediately found a great solution that fit my budget.
