I bought only a few things but I was overwhelmed by the staff. Super helpful and super kind. They helped me with a ten % discount and recommended so many things in my budget. Loved the colourful vibes inside the store. I hope the things I've bought are good. But good luck! They are available online in India too so I may continue to order my stuff from there if good.

I visited the Spa Ceylon KCC Kandy branch today to purchase the Tuberose perfume, which I've been using for a long time and absolutely love. Before visiting the store, I checked the official Spa Ceylon website, where the perfume was listed at Rs. 9,500/=. However, when I went to the branch, I was informed that the current price is Rs. 10,900/=. I asked the staff why the website showed a different price, and they explained that the price had increased. I understand that the branch staff don't control pricing, so this isn't a complaint about them. My concern is that the website had not been updated to reflect the new price. Customers rely on the website for accurate information before visiting a store, so this difference can be confusing and disappointing. I've attached a screenshot of the website price and my purchase receipt for reference. I truly love this perfume and the quality of Spa Ceylon products. I simply hope the website is updated promptly whenever prices change so customers receive accurate information and avoid unnecessary confusion.

There are top quality products uniquely Sri Lankan in this place. For most of us this place has become a go to place to buy gifts for friends for any occasion because the way they present them is magnificent. Somehow the price of the product matches the presentation perfectly. They managed to make them somewhat affordable and make them feel like premium at the same time. Perfume they sell here is amazing. There are a lot of products to choose from. Perfumes, de-stress balms, dream balms, body wash et c. The product quality is amazing as well. Kandy needed this kind of amazingly designed showroom and I’m glad we got one. I don’t think there is no explanation needed how beautiful their showrooms and presentations are. It shows in all the photos and videos.
