I would give this place three stars. Spa Ceylon is a lovely place and the fragrances are amazing, although they are not very long-lasting. I can definitely recommend their perfumes. However, the skincare products didn’t work well for me , I’m not sure about others.
By the way, I can’t wait to try the spa day with you soon , I’ll definitely come back. The staff members are really friendly, but the security guard (the man wearing black who walks inside) seems to think customers are thieves 😅. He looks at everyone suspiciously, which feels uncomfortable.
I am a loyal customer who has bought many fragrances and gifts over the years, so it doesn’t bother me personally. Still, I think he should show more respect to customers. Of course, there may be thieves, but security can be maintained without showing those kinds of emotions and it doesn’t feel nice.☺️
Hi. I am a regular client at Spa Ceylon of their treatments & products. Once in three months or four I visit them for ultimate foot ritual (UFR) & use several products. As a loyal customer I would like to highlight few concerns because I believe it matters to protect the reputation of the organization. During my stay in the boutique (Kotte) until my turn I observed the security officer (SO) had a different treatment for the clients who visit this place. He comes running near the door & even humble enough to open their vehicle door when he sees the clients get off from huge vehicle, which is funny. If he doesn't see where the clients appear he is not bothered to come near the door to provide his required service. The first impression matters vastly. Besides, it is important to educate the SO s that general clients would not visit Spa Ceylon unless they have a good financial background. So, equal & professional treatment for all clients should be trained despite the vehicle they get off. People who use cabs may have the most luxurious vehicles 🤩. The internal staff has a great friendly & professional welcome to all clients, which I admire it. Also, I noted the time spent for the treatment was reduced, which was 1 hour & 6 minutes, which should not be the case as it is generally 1.30 hours for a UFR. I really did not realize it until I checked the started time & finished time when I reached home, which I had marked on my phone. It would be bette to keep the staff updated & educated on the basics to avoid unnecessary disappointments by the clients. Thanks.
I had the 1½-hour Glow Up Facial with Chamari, and it was such a wonderful experience. The treatment was incredibly soothing and relaxing from start to finish. The Ayurvedic products felt amazing, and their beautiful aroma, combined with the soft, calming music, created the perfect atmosphere to unwind.
It was the break I truly needed from the stress and busyness of everyday life—I was so relaxed that I even fell asleep during the facial! To top it all off, I was treated to a delicious herbal tea afterward, which was a lovely finishing touch.
I highly recommend Chamari to anyone looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating, and genuinely pampering experience. I’ll definitely be back!
Such a vibe! The ambience is beautiful and the service is wonderful. Ms. Rose and Mr. Kavindu were so sweet and helpful throughout.
Highly recommend Mr. Pathum and Ms. Iresha at the Nawala branch, they are amazing therapists and super professional. The whole experience was pure relaxation. Plus, a huge thank you to the team for setting up a quick spot for us to do our Salah since it was late. That extra touch meant a lot!
Do yourself a favor and try the Achcharu and herbal tea when you visit! 👌

I am a fan of Ayurvedic massages, however this was my first time at Spa Ceylon for a foot massage (Ultimate foot ritual). The treatment had a complimentary head and shoulders massage. At the end of the treatment, the herbal tea given with jaggery and Achcharu is a good selection. The ayurvedic massage treatments are done in a long hall, where the other clients are seated next to you. Mentioning here since it might be a concern for some.
My therapist was Lakshi. She did a great job with my treatment. The Kotte store staff was friendly and professional. It was worth the price.
Only thing I didn't like about my experience was the staff trying hard to upgrade the treatment that I have chosen simply to increase their sales revenue. They were suggesting add-ons one after another as if it was free, but I learnt that it costs 2000 more upon asking. Those kind of over selling practices would drive certain customers away.
Overall, I loved the service I received. Can recommend to others for similar ayurvedic treatments.
