Hi, I came in for a wax today, and unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. My whole day has been upset because of the service. I trusted your salon, but the waxing was not done properly. I spent both my time and money, yet the service was disappointing. My hands still feel very uncomfortable, and there is still hair left that wasn’t removed properly. I kindly request that you provide better and more professional service in the future. Thank you.

VERY UNHAPPY!! I went to get a hair cut, facial and a head massage however the barber refused me a massage cause he had started cutting the hair of another customer during my session which is extremely unprofessional.As a daily customer I expected a better service!! UNHAPPY!!
