AVOID THIS PLACE IT IS A SCAM! The service is horrible, we were told it lasted an hour and it lasted only 30 minutes. The steam bath was cold. The towels are dirty and smell bad, its freezing inside, the bathroom is dirty. It is loud, there is no privacy and the quality of the massage is none. Very unprofessional attitude. We were six people and we all felt uncomfortable and did not enjoy at all. Really this is the first review I post I never leave bad reviews but I really dont want anybody else to pay for this experience. It was really expensive and a scam for tourists. When we politely complained the owner started screaming at us (literally) and threatened with firing some of the girls if we left when it was not their fault!

One star because you can’t give zero. Absolute scam, they charged us 10,000 rupees and we found out after leaving that the price is 5,000 for everybody. Dirty towels, unprofessional service and the worst massage I have ever had. Horrible smell, the masseuses couldn’t care less about what they are doing. It was supposed to be a one hour massage and it barely lasted 30 minutes, 10 of which involved a “Turkish bath” which was literally lying in a coffin that heated up for 5 minutes. Rude personnel. Nefarious behavior. Never going back and I hope if you read this that you don’t set foot in this place. Wouldn’t wish this massage upon my worst enemy. HORRIBLE!!!!!

We had a fantastic one hour full body & head massage and it was lovely, great pressure and they accommodated our request for non-aromatic oils. Would recommend, not too expensive. Staff were very nice. The place isn't very fancy but does the job and we are feeling very relaxed after. We didnt do the steam thing, just massage.
