I did my Orange Facial at The Colombo Makeup Studio yesterday and I had a wonderful experience. Ms. Nimasha did my facial very professionally and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. The head massage she gave was excellent and incredibly soothing. I’ve been here several times, and every visit has been a great experience. I got a seaweed facial and Thushari did an amazing job. She even gave me a relaxing head massage while the face pack was on. She was kind, attentive, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a regular customer of this salon for a while now, but this experience was extremely disappointing. While reversing out of the premises, I encountered a serious blind spot that completely obstructs the view of oncoming traffic, and I accidentally grazed a passing vehicle. Thankfully, the other driver was understanding and immediately acknowledged that the blind spot was the reason I didn’t see him. What was unacceptable was the way your staff handled the situation. Rather than assisting or showing any professionalism, they demanded that I admit full responsibility to the other driver so the salon would avoid taking any responsibility for the obvious safety hazard outside its premises. On a busy road like Council Avenue, there should be a staff member or security guard directing vehicles, especially given the poor visibility when exiting. The lack of concern for customer safety was disappointing enough, but the rude and disrespectful manner in which the staff spoke to me was even worse. Your staff need proper training in both customer service and how to handle difficult situations with basic courtesy and professionalism.

I had my seaweed facial done and the experience was extremely soothing and relaxing. This is the place if you need to unwind and get your much needed self care. The staff Darshikw is super friendly and very informative. Highly recommend.
