I had a wonderful experience at VLCC in Nugegoda. I visited for a facial and pedicure, and I must say it’s one of the best wellness centers in the area. The environment is clean, relaxing, and well-equipped with great facilities. What stood out the most was the staff—very well-trained, professional, and incredibly friendly. I highly recommend getting your service from Miss Rashmika, one of the best staff member. If you’re looking for a place to properly care for your skin and enjoy quality service, I would highly recommend this place!

Disappointing and unprofessional experience. During my facial, the therapist repeatedly left the room, making the treatment take much longer than expected. The clinic also has a very rigid policy that only male therapists can treat male clients and female therapists can treat female clients, with no exceptions even when clients are left waiting due to staff shortages. What concerned me most was that after I raised a complaint about this policy, my brother overheard a therapist speaking negatively about me to reception staff and describing me as a rude customer. This felt unprofessional and made us uncomfortable enough that my brother chose not to proceed with his treatment. Clients should be able to raise concerns without feeling discussed or judged by staff. Professionalism, discretion, and a calm, welcoming environment are essential in a wellness and beauty clinic, and I hope management takes steps to ensure these standards are maintained.
