Had an amazing experience at Ageless Clinic. I went there because of excessive facial hair growth, and I’m really happy with the results. From the very first day itself, my face had a beautiful glow and a noticeable amount of hair was removed. The staff members were extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the whole treatment process. A special thank you to Miss Naveendri for applying my treatment so smoothly and carefully. She made me feel very comfortable during the session. Also, special thanks to Dr. Nuwan Kumara Wijayathunga for the excellent care and guidance. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality treatments and great service!

This place does not even deserve one star and a money ripping place. I am posting this review on behalf of my wife, who had an unpleasant experience at Ageless Skin Clinic. From the beginning, the consultation was uncomfortable. The doctor spoke harshly and critically about her skin condition in a discouraging manner. At one point, the doctor mentioned that even more than 10 PRP+micro needling sessions would not be effective, while at the same time recommending much more expensive treatment options. This gave the impression that the focus was more on promoting costly procedures rather than genuinely addressing the patient’s concerns. Although a paid consultation was conducted, no consultation report was provided. When we requested it, the staff stated that reports are not given because customers might “take out the results.” This explanation felt unreasonable, as patients have the right to receive documentation for a service they have already paid for. Overall, the treatment recommendations (not individual but course of treatment) were extremely expensive and seemed to be justified based on the clinic’s benefit rather than the patient’s actual needs or affordability. The approach felt more like sales-driven treatment than patient-centered care. In the end, my wife decided not to proceed with any treatments with them. Even then, there was pressure to at least go ahead with a less costly procedure. Due to the lack of trust and confidence in the clinic, she chose to leave without continuing any treatment. Unfortunately, this clinic did not feel customer-friendly, transparent, or trustworthy. Based on my wife’s experience, we would not recommend this place to others. However, we have serious concerns about the way clients are treated at your centre. However, your reply does not addressed following pressing things addressed in my review: • The use of language that felt harassing and inappropriate when referring to her current skin condition. • Despite stating that PRP alone would not be effective, it was still suggested at the end of the consultation — I hope that the dr.can still remember that. • The refusal to provide a consultation report upon request. Given this experience, we do not wish to spend any more time diacussing about your clinic. We believe that attitude and professionalism toward customers ultimately reflect in an organization’s future reputation and performance.

I had a wonderful experience at this skin clinic. I have been visited there since 2023, almost 3 years. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor took time to explain everything clearly and recommended treatments that actually worked for my skin. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and uses high-quality products. The staff is very professional and stick to the work they done. They are behaving very friendly but not behave unprofessional with my experience in long run. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for genuine skin care.

I did derma fillers for the third time with dr.nuwan. his techniques and proffeciency are excellent. Fillers last for more than one year also. He maintain my natural beauty without changing me artificially. Thank you dr. Nuwan and the staff. Highly recommended this place for everyone
