My appointment was fixed at 9.30am. Now it’s 11.10am and still waiting here. A client came later and they took him in as it was his 1st session. And the staff is asking for us to Wait another 30min. We’ve already paid for the full treatment and have to wait since no one is here to take a responsible. Guy in the reception offered to connect to the machines, but is he qualified to do that? They are short in staff. They male workers tries to do the treatment to the laides. This is my 2nd appointment which was confirmed after double checking several times and no nurse is available here. Still they didn’t issue any of the invoices until today. Thn some other laser technician comes and connected the machine and thy leave you in the room unsupervised. First time also it was the same. We went for a half an hour session but it took 3.5 hrs. This is really unprofessional and unethical. You can come to this place if you have plenty of time to waste. ❌❌Update: they took full payment for EMS treatment which was promised 5 sessions.. did only two sessions closed the place and vanished. ❌

Worst experience ever. I paid for HIFU double chin treatment in November last year and got zero results. My weight didn’t even increase, yet there’s no fat reduction at all. If anything, my double chin looks more prominent now than before treatment. Complete waste of money. Staff oversold the results and underdelivered. Do not recommend this clinic to anyone

I was visiting here for PRF treatments since couple of years as the service was outstanding each time I went there except this time. Last two times, they performed additional tubes without any additional cost.During the recent visit, I requested to perform an additional PRF tubes as well.Nonetheless, they have charged additional cost unscrupulously. If I knew that they would charge me an additional cost, I could not have been requested to perform additional prf. 😔😔😔😔

They are liers. I have booked for ems treatment for 5 days paying all moneys for the whole 5 days. But I did only 2 days. On tge 3rd day they were saying that they are having a power break down. After that they are not giving mea appointment and now not answer the phone.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your Palawatta branch during a visit for face PRP treatment. While I appreciate that your pricing is affordable and that Dr. Sonali Fernando was professional I was quite concerned about the overall hygiene standards and the professionalism of some of the staff as they’re not clean enough to conduct these procedures. Before the procedure, numbing cream was applied in the reception area by a black middle age lady, which did not seem like an appropriate setting and her mouth had a bad smell. This made me uncomfortable, as PRP is a medical procedure that requires a clean and controlled environment. Additionally, when we were moved to the procedure room, I noticed visible medical waste, including blood collection materials, in the dustbin. This raised concerns about infection control and proper clinical cleanliness. After I was shifted to a room, the receptionist named Kavindi came and used the washroom, this interruptions to the treatment room environment that made the experience feel less private and less sanitary than it should have been. I am sharing this feedback because PRP is an invasive procedure, and maintaining strict hygiene and professional standards is extremely important for patient safety and comfort. I hope the clinic will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements.
