The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. It was my first HydraFacial, and I absolutely loved the experience. My skin felt fresh, clean, and glowing afterward. Highly recommend this clinic for their excellent service and warm hospitality!

Had an excellent experience here. The staff provided very good service and were really welcoming. What I liked most: Doctor consultation is free, and the treatment + product prices are very reasonable and transparent. No hidden charges. I highly recommend this place for skin treatments. The doctor explained everything clearly before starting. Will definitely come back again!

I went for a facial hair removal treatment on 26/02/2026 at 10:35 AM. This was my third time receiving treatment there.😖😖😖👎 Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service on that day. They changed their prices in February, but this was not clearly informed to me. During my previous visit, they also did not explain any aftercare instructions. The first time I went there, they removed my facial hair without any issue. However, on my third visit, they told me that hair removal would cost an additional Rs. 1000 as an add-on. They also said that if I come for treatment again, I must come after removing my facial hair. This was never mentioned during my last appointment or at the time of booking confirmation. I feel that the nurse did not have enough experience or knowledge about the service, as we had to ask about aftercare ourselves. The receptionist was also not professional in handling clients. I made a complaint on the same day. After I returned home, they called to apologize for the situation. I told them I did not want to pay the extra charge for hair removal and that I could come another day after removing it at home. Then they called again and asked if I could come back immediately. I feel they should have resolved the issue while I was still at the clinic, not after I had already left.

I have been visiting hair skin for last two years. Even though they provide a good customer service because of poor management of customers definitely in near future they are gonna loose many customers. Most of the customers coming for the hair cleanup are truly busy and professionals. Keep them waiting around 4 -5 hours is testing their patient. So it is better to accelerate the cleanup process to avoid trouble cause by loosing customers.

Good CS and a very good experience at this clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Recommended for anyone looking for quality skincare treatments.
