I am extremely disappointed with how Dreamron Academy Maharagama handled today’s workshop. After making the effort to travel to the academy, I was informed only upon arrival that the workshop had been postponed. According to the staff, the decision had been made the previous night, yet no one bothered to notify the participants who had already registered. I came all the way to the academy after facing many difficulties. I even had to take leave from work, which is not easy to obtain. A simple phone call, SMS, or email would have saved participants a great deal of inconvenience. What made the experience even more disappointing was the response from the Maharagama Branch Manager, who simply said she couldn’t do anything about the situation. There was no apology, accountability, or attempt to offer a solution. This reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for people’s time and commitments. I sincerely hope Dreamron Academy improves its communication and customer service so that other participants do not have to go through the same experience.

They don't even know how to talk properly. When you talk to them to learn something you don't know, they act as if it's a very big deal. Honestly, I would not recommend a place like this to anyone. Even the teachers are the same. Disappointed service 😡

I am currently following a Beauty Course at this college, and I am very satisfied with the education and guidance provided. The instructors are highly professional, friendly, and very supportive. The practical sessions are well-structured, and the knowledge shared is up to industry standards. I highly recommend this college to anyone who wants to build a successful career in the beauty industry.

❌❌ I do not recommend this institute, especially the Maharagama branch. They only care about money, not students. Basic facilities are not provided, and exams are postponed repeatedly without proper communication. There is favoritism, poor management, and no responsibility from coordinators or teachers. My sister planned to go abroad, but due to continuous exam delays, her future plans were affected. Very disappointed. Waste of time and money.❌❌
